Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and refunds only apply to Mushroom Spawn Sale Agreement – Product Standard – 4. Limited Warranty.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days after delivery to let us know you wish to return an item.

Not all items can be returned, please read further to see which items are not eligible.

Always contact our customer support team prior to sending back one or more items. Items that are shipped back to us without contact at forehand will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, unless preferred otherwise.

Refunds will be less any postage costs

You will receive the credit within 14 days.

Cryptocurrency Refund

Customers that have paid using cryptocurrencies will be refunded on the current value of the currency.

In the case of Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, Coinbase.com will be used to calculate the conversion of the AUD value of the product to Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum at the time of refund. The refund will be in the original cryptocurrency received.

In the case of STEEM and Steem Dollars the currency will be converted by calculate the conversion of the AUD value of the product at the time of refund.

These calculations are used to avoid abuse by fluctuating prices of cryptocurrencies.

Postage

We do our best to package products to reduce chance of damage in the postage process. Slapes Mushroom House shall not be held responsible to damage caused to products in the Postage process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In case a complete order will be returned, the original shipping costs for us shipping the order to you will be refunded.

Sale Items

Items that have been ordered while on sale will not be refunded. Please note that package deals are not sale items and may be refunded when eligible.
