Returns

You have 7 calendar days after delivery to let us know you wish to return an item.
Not all items can be returned, please read further to see which items are not eligible.
Always contact Slapes Mushroom House prior to sending back one or more items. Items that are shipped back to us without contact at forehand will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, unless preferred otherwise.
Refunds will be less any postage costs.
You will receive the credit within 14 days.

Postage

We do our best to package products to reduce the chance of damage in the postage process. Slapes Mushroom House shall not be held responsible for damage caused to products in the Postage process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Sale Items

Refund claims of items that have been ordered while on sale will go through the same return process. However, the refund will be at the purchase price at the time of sale. Please note that package deals are not sale items and may be refunded when eligible.

Clothing Products

Returns of Faulty Clothing

All clothing is thoroughly inspected for damage before being allowed for sale online and again while packaged for shipping.
To process a return we need detailed photos of the faulty clothing.

In the case of package deals. Only the item that is faulty will be refunded.

Refunds will be made by us once the item has been received, inspected and approved for refund.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all labels/tickets attached.

Underwear and swimwear can only be returns if the hygiene seal has not been removed.

We cannot afford or allow the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. We may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
Therefore we also cannot currently offer a change of mind return policy.
